How do I open a dispute?

Click the "Dispute" button on the order you wish to open a dispute on. A three-way chat between the vendor, buyer and moderators will be opened.

What are the possible outcomes of a dispute?

The order might get unfrozen, refunded, or have its AF timer extended by a week.

When to open a dispute as a vendor?

If there is an issue with the address or the order and you have not been able to contact the buyer.
